Digital Identity Verification Platform

This digital service helps organizations verify employee identities and create ID cards. It is especially useful for large companies like banks, hospitals, and corporate offices. Employees can complete verification remotely via a secure link, confirm their identity, and take a photo for their ID card without being there in person.

Our goal was to create a mobile-friendly web application that helps companies verify their employees securely and generate ID card photos. The system needed to be simple, automated, and focused on privacy, ensuring that no user data is stored after processing.

A key challenge was making sure the camera worked smoothly for taking and verifying photos. The app had to run well on different devices and browsers, so we adjusted it for various screen sizes and hardware. We also had to connect external verification services while keeping user data safe and private.

We built a simple, step-by-step flow that guides users through the process. The interface is minimal and optimized for mobile, with clear instructions at each stage to reduce confusion and errors.

The platform offers two ways to verify identity. Users can confirm their identity using Bank ID or by scanning their passport. The system connects with external services and keeps everything secure.

Users take a photo for their ID with real-time guidance on lighting and positioning. Framer Motion was used for smooth animations, and the system automatically detects issues like poor lighting or incorrect framing.

Once the photo meets quality requirements, it is submitted for verification. The platform also includes QR code generation for authentication.

The platform is now fully functional. It helps companies verify their employees and create ID card photos quickly. It features a simple interface, secure login, and can be accessed on mobile devices, making it a reliable solution for large organizations.
