The platform is built to help people use crypto in real life. Users can manage their assets, check balances, and pay directly with cards, without extra steps to convert funds. It links digital assets to regular payment systems, making daily transactions easier.
The platform combines asset management, card-based payments, and multi-currency financial accounts in a single interface, supporting both individual users and companies.
Our task was to build a full-featured digital asset platform that bridges traditional finance and crypto infrastructure. We worked across frontend, backend, and UX/UI, implementing integrations for fiat on-ramp and off-ramp operations, identity verification workflows (KYC/KYB), compliance and AML tools, and card-based payment functionality.
The scope also included building a scalable architecture, developing smart contract functionality, and creating a back-office system for managing users, companies, transactions, affiliates, and operational processes.
The platform supports both personal and corporate wallets. Users can manage multiple wallets within a single account, organize funds, and track balances across different assets. Corporate wallets also support role-based access, allowing companies to assign different permission levels for team members and accountants.
We implemented flexible approval logic for transactions. Certain operations can require multiple approvals depending on predefined rules. Role-based access allows teams to separate responsibilities and control who can initiate or approve transactions.
The platform includes support for interactions between fiat and digital assets. Users can fund accounts, manage balances, and perform transactions using connected financial services. The platform also supports multi-currency accounts and conversion between fiat and crypto.
A key feature is card-based payments, allowing users to spend their assets directly. Both virtual and physical cards are supported and can be used with Apple Pay and Google Pay, enabling seamless everyday payments without manual conversion steps.
The platform includes functionality for business use cases. Companies can manage team access, organize payouts, and handle recurring financial operations. The platform also supports shared access to wallets and financial operations, allowing teams to collaborate while maintaining control through approval rules.
The system supports working with multiple blockchain networks and tracking assets across them. Users can view balances and manage assets without switching between different tools, simplifying cross-chain operations.
We built a dedicated back-office system for internal operations. It allows administrators to manage users, monitor transactions, and control platform activity in real time. The system includes role-based access, so different team members (e.g. support, finance, operations) have access only to the functions relevant to their responsibilities.
We also implemented activity tracking, including login history and user actions, giving teams visibility into who accessed the system and what actions were performed. This helps with security, auditing, and internal control.
The back-office interface provides a clear overview of platform processes and supports day-to-day operations without direct user involvement.
Security was a critical part of the platform architecture, especially for financial operations and internal management tools. Sensitive data is encrypted, while access to platform functionality is protected through multi-level permission and verification systems. The application is designed so that critical credentials and secrets are not stored directly within the platform itself.
Particular attention was given to the back-office system, where different access levels and additional validation layers help limit access to sensitive operations and internal data. Our goal was to build a platform that remains simple for users while maintaining a high level of operational security behind the scenes.
The platform was built with React and TypeScript on the frontend, and Node.js (Express.js / NestJS) with MongoDB on the backend. This setup supports scalable data handling and a consistent structure across both user-facing and internal systems.
The result is a scalable platform for both individuals and businesses. It makes asset management simple, lets users spend directly with cards, and offers a clear way to handle digital asset finances. We continue to work on the product, focusing on back-office improvements and new features.
